Wow! Excellent service. I had a major problem. My main sewer line was in desperate need of help. I decided to called Mr Rooter. They quickly assessed the situation and immediately got to work. The communication was excellent. I got a full explanation of both the problem and how they would fix it. I’m sure it wasn’t easy but Wally, Carlos, Jeremy and Oscar got us up and running again. They were friendly, punctual, professional hardworking and respectful of my family and my home. They are fantastic at what they do. I would definitely call them again.

Jordan and Noah were very helpful and professional. They explained in detail what needed to be done to fix my problem. Gave me a quote that was very reasonable and hit right to work. Both very nice and respectful. Answered all my questions which made me feel a lot better. Took pictures of the problems so I could see for myself what was going on with my plumbing. They were great and I would definitely recommend their service. I actually have them coming back out for a bigger project 😜

Angel came on time to unclog my kitchen drain. He was very meticulous with his work explaining what could be the cause of the clog and the steps he was taking to check the pipes. Each step was explained including finally deciding to use a snake to remove the clog. He was very thorough and cleaned up everything after he was done. It took him just over an hour to unclog the drain. I will recommend him anytime! Thank you Angel.
